WHAT TIME DO ACTIVITIES START?
Registration opens at 5:00. You will want to come in time for Stretch and Strength at 5:05. Then choose your next activity. You can start anytime you like, but we will lead a walk or a run at 5:30. Run or walk the 1.2-miles, 2.2 miles or 5K.
WHAT ARE MY EXERCISE CHOICES?
5:05 to 5:25 pm…Stretch and Strength, brought to us by Body Works…a functional workout using your own body weight. An excellent way to prepare for your walk/run/DocWalk, etc. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.
5:30…Walk or run 1.2 miles, 2.2 miles or 5K route on The Loop with leaders. Walk or run at your own pace. The route is easy to follow if you fall behind or race ahead. Click here for routes.
5:30 DocWalk…it’s a gentle workout/stretch while you walk…with a leader…1+ miles. Physicians walk with us and answer questions about health and fitness. The DocWalk works most of the major muscle groups while we’re walking. It is appropriate for most fitness levels…you should be capable of a brisk walk.
5:30 On the second Wednesday…Taste of Tai Chi for Health with Donnie Poling.
6:30 Closing ceremonies… awards for those who have attended 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 times!! Stay for our free raffle for gift certificates and other prizes.
When you finish you can enjoy discounted dining at one of St. Philip’s great restaurants, plus several others in the neighborhood. Check the “discount” tab to see who is offering discounts. Don’t forget to get your MMW hand stamp.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Of course, we would love it.

You sure can. We even have treats for them! Restaurants with outdoor patios allow dogs.
