Meet Me Wednesdays is a free weekly walk, run, DocWalk and Stretch and Strength class…yes lots of healthy things to do. Just show up in the Reforma courtyard on any Wednesday evening from 5:15 to 5:30.

You can walk on your own if you like, but we will lead a walk and run at 5:50. You can run or walk the 3-mile route, or you can walk the 1.5-mile walking route.

Try the “DocWalk”…it’s a 1.5-mile workout while you are walking. Dr. Jon Wang, Dr. Jim Hudson and Dr. Rick Langert lead the walk and answer questions from participants. It feels great and uses most of the major muscle groups.

When you are finished stick around and enjoy dinner at one of St. Philip’s Plaza’s great restaurants. Check the discount tab to see who is offering discounts.
